I so enjoy your Dark Roast and have missed it ever since acquiring the Keurig coffee maker. I am also concerned about the environmental impact resulting from disposal of all the plastic K-cups.
Recently I have purchased a reusable cap from My-Kap.com in order to reuse the plastic cups. Now I am able to reuse each cup approximately 5 times and more importantly enjoy my favorite Vermont Coffee Company Dark Roast.
I am sending photos and tips for this process along.

Carole Ryan

Our Friends do some K-cup research
There’s no question that Keurig® brewers are becoming more popular. We’ve had numerous inquiries from our Friends who drink our coffee and own a Keurig brewer. While the Keurig seems to be convenient, our Friends still want to brew our Big, Bold coffee. They have also expressed concerns of the environmental impact of the plastic single cups. Some of these Friends have conducted ‘experiments’ and have sent us their results. Below are some findings.
Grind EXTRA FINE and fill with approx. 2 scoops
Place plastic cap on and brew.
Plastic top is removed with small device that comes with the cap. ENJOY!
